Peer Review Policy

Submissions undergo an initial editorial screening for scope, quality, and compliance. Manuscripts passing this stage are evaluated confidentially and impartially by at least two qualified reviewers. Reviewers assess originality, methodology, validity of results, clarity, and scholarly contribution. The editorial board makes the final decision to accept, revise, or reject based on the reports and may appoint an additional reviewer when reports conflict. Authors must respond carefully to comments and identify the revisions made.
