Authors should use a trusted repository or explain how data may be requested and include a data-availability statement. Restrictions due to confidentiality, consent, or legal obligations must be stated. Authors are responsible for de-identification and ethical approvals; users must follow the applicable licence, cite the source, and avoid misuse.
